On the player card each player has a development bar.

The development can be written like this "356/781".

The first number is the amount of skills the player has currently spread over his 10 attributes.

The second number is the amount of skills the player will have when 29 years old if using only the training dribble game with a low score. The second number can increase a little if you score a high percentage a lot in the dribble game.
When the player gets one month older (once per day) the end number drops to fit the new age, but goes up again once the daily training is done.

You can increase the end number dramatically. When you run training camps and do personal trainings the training from these are added ON TOP of the end number and wont drop again as the player gets older. So as you can see it is critical to send your players on camps and give them extra training. Besides having a higher end potential it will also mean the players will end up being better players and it will increase their value.
