You should have connected your club with Facebook via settings. If you did that you will be able to get your old club back when you start playing again after having lost your phone, wanting to switch device (e.g. after buying a new phone) or if you want to play across more than 1 platform with your team.

To reconnect to your club simple use "I already have a club" when app restarts on your new device or create a new club and go to settings with it and here click connect to Facebook. You will then be able to get your old club back.

1) Find out what the club ID is of your old club you have lost

2) Find out what the new club ID is of the new club you have created (which you do not want)

3) Send both club IDs to us via "Contact Us" or send it on email to support@trophy-games.com

Soon we will also create a method to secure and connect with a standard email. It is not possible yet though, but is coming.
