The ad videos are run by a third party provider. They only offer videos for iOs and Android users.

 

If an ad is available for you depends on if the third party provider has an advertiser who wants to target you as a user with an ad. That is not always the case and it is different from user to user and country to country how many and when ads are available to watch. We are not able to make changes to that.

 

If you do not get the reward you should have for an ad or on the offerwall you must contact our third party provider and make a claim for this. Only they are able to help with offers not being completed correctly.
